Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and equipment shows no signs of court wear or damage.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
